Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool

Harvey Swimming Pool known as 'Dr Peter Topham Memorial Pool' is a great place to relax and keep cool during summer. Featuring BBQs, a half basketball court, a toddlers pool and heaps of shaded sitting areas, there's something to keep everyone happy.

In the late 1970’s, early 1980’s the Education Department declared that Gibbs Pool was no longer suitable to be used as a swimming pool (health regulations). The community and Shire raised funds and in 1983 the Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool (in memory of Dr Peter Topham) was declared open.

The Dr Peter Topham Memorial Swimming Pool is located at 36 Hinge Road, Harvey.

Summer Opening Times:

Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm

Saturday and Sunday (weekends): 12 noon to 6pm

Public Holidays: 12 noon to 6pm (Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day)

Private hire of the pool after hours is available.
