Idyllic Farmstay perfect for families, horses welcome. Nestled among an Arabian stud.
Set amongst an Arabian Horse Stud, on 40 acres of green pasture, with views looking out to the picturesque hills, visitors can relax and enjoy the ambience of country life.
Whilst owners respect your need for privacy and relaxation , they invite you to interact with the animals and you are welcome to help feed, pat and enjoy time with feathered and furry animals!
Visitors are also welcome to stay and bring their horses, with a safe paddock and hay provided. Upon arrangement the stable may be used.
The Cottage
Fully self contained, very cosy cottage will sleep 5 people. The kitchen has full cooking facilities, just bring your own food, everything you need is here. For your comfort there is reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets on most beds, washing machine, BBQ and stunning views!
Activities and Attractions at Roswa Farmstay
Upon arrangement, children can collect eggs, help feed the adorable Dexter cows, Hanna and Isla and meet Dolly the Shetland pony while they help give her a brush. Wonky, a very soft and gentle lop ear rabbit, is also a favourite.
Guests are welcome to wander the property, to view the animals, but asked not to enter the paddocks without supervision for their safety and that of the animals.
During the winter months, it is advisable to bring the gumboots!!! In summer don't forget the insect repellent, or face nets, we have very friendly flies at certain times of the year.
