Experience the Wokalup a truly unique country pub. To the locals, the Wokalup is the “Woky” or the “Woky Tav”.

Established in 1906, The Wokalup is a tavern with a rich history and a lot of character. Over the years it has changed and evolved, but at its heart, it has always been a place for the community to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The Wokalup has had many owners, licensees and publicans over the past 100 or so years.

Currently, The Wokalup is owned by Megan Hardwick and Bruce Hathway. With a passion for great food, excellent customer service and engaging with the community, they have taken this little country pub and breathed new life into it so it continues to be not only a great spot for the locals but is also a destination worth raving about!

ACCOMMODATION

The Wokalup rooms are situated in the historic two-storey building that is over 100 years old. You’ll receive excellent customer service from real people and have access to the family-friendly restaurant, bar and beer garden.

There are two types of newly-renovated rooms available. These include:

Double Room with Shared Bathroom
Double Room with Ensuite
There is a separate shared bathroom for men and women.

RESTAURANT AND BAR

The Wokalup has a bar with TAB facilities and a great outside beer garden which is especially nice in the summer months.

There is plenty of fun for the whole family with a large children’s indoor playground to keep the children entertained while they wait for their food and after to burn off their energy before taking them home.

Where possible all their ingredients are homemade and locally sourced with generous portions, you won’t be going home hungry!

They also serve coffee and dessert if you are just passing by for something quick.
